What is the difference between Vendor Hub and My Vendor Hub?
Vendor Hub is where promoters run events, check vendor paperwork and track live sales. My Vendor Hub is your own back office: equipment, stock, cleaning, staff, paperwork and events. Linked, they work as one.
I already trade at events on Vendor Hub. How do I start?
Open your Vendor Hub vendor portal and go to the My Vendor Hub tab. Start My Vendor Hub sets up your business with the details we already hold, and your outlets come across as locations.
I already use My Vendor Hub. Can I connect it?
Yes. Connect Vendor Hub from your My Vendor Hub business settings, approve it in your vendor portal, and the two are linked.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $49 a month plus GST, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Pay annually and get two months free.
Does My Vendor Hub do payroll?
No. It keeps rosters, timesheets and leave, and gives award-aware estimates of what a shift costs. Your payroll stays where it is.
Can I disconnect the two?
Yes, from either side, at any time. Both accounts stay as they are, and staff from My Vendor Hub stay in Vendor Hub as ordinary staff.
